We pack and ship bare-root plants from November 1 through May 1 (weather permitting) on Monday through Wednesday. Most orders will reach eastern U.S. before the weekend. All plants are labeled, semi-dormant to dormant, the roots in damp material, and well-packed. 

Shipping charges are 22% of your order with a $12 minimum, plus $5.00 packing.  On large orders that must be boxed (50+plants), packing is $8 per box used plus the 22% shipping.

Orders are subject to availability and may be cancelled at any time. We give no express warranty on growth or productivity.
We do guarantee our plants to reach you alive and healthy. Delivery damages are the responsibility of the carrier.

No Chestnut trees can be shipped to Florida, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon. No hazelnut trees can be shipped to Oregon and Washington. No butternut or walnut trees to Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas.  No shipping to California and Canada.
